Ivor Ramsden is the Director of the Museum and is keen to expand his
small exhibition of HMS St. George Memorabilia at the Airport.
He already has photographs of Boy John Browns funeral, but would be pleased to receive any other photographs and memorabilia that
would interest those interested in HMS St. George.

Norman Grace joined St. George in
1939/1940. He was drafted to the Panamanian freighter HAR ZION
which sailed from Liverpool on the 29th August 1940 in Convoy OB 205. This was Norman's first night at sea
when the ship was sunk by U59
I would be very grateful for any information about Captain F.S. 'Hookie' Bell C.B. who was the Captain of H.M.S. Exeter during the battle of the River Plate.
He later became the Captain of H.M.S. St. George - any information about his later career would be much appreciated.
